Auto Leveling system - air compressor
OK - so my wiper motor should arrive tomorrow and I will tackle that project. Now I am also gearing up for my next project. It appears as the air compressor for the auto leveling rear suspension is shot. And as I research the part and pricing I am finding the cost is crazy stupid. Cheapest I had found so far is close to $400. OEM PN#88957250 - has anyone found this for a cheaper price or an inexpensive alternative OR some creativity in an alternative solution?
I know I can do away with it completely and go with the standard suspension setup however I used to tow my 18.5 FT Bayliner with my 02 RDV and would like to do the same with this one. Your suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks Dave

It appears that the same compressor was used between 2003-2007. You might find a working used unit here. Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

Pretty sure the rear shocks are not leaking, they seem to hold air. I had it happen on my 02 where the rear shocks were bad and would not hold air. I had the shocks replaced and the air harness - it was bottoming out on the bump stops inside the coil springs, that was over $800 dealer price.
