06 uplander power door locks stopped working

Hello, I have an 06 uplander that I am having problems with. The power door locks and the rear power sliding doors all stopped working at the same time and I am thinking that the Body Control Module is defective. Can anyone confirm this to be true?

While I unfortunately cannot provide any technical advise of this nature, I can assist with recall questions and am available to you throughout the process of working with a dealership (contact me via private message if you would like for me to check into anything; include the last 8 of your VIN and contact information). Otherwise, I hope that you receive some great feedback from the community soon!

Check your trunk/lks fuse in the I/P fuse panel....

Otherwise, you need a schematic to check the circuits before condemning the BCM.....

Re: 06 uplander power door locks stopped working

Well I found the solution to my problem and unfortunately it involved taking my van to our local GM stealership. I wanted to post it here hoping that maybe it would help someone else because I had to pay $237.50 to get it fixed. Well anyway they found some shorted wires underneath the carpet under the drivers seat that had to be respliced back together and after that everything worked perfectly again.
