Windshield Leak

'96 Caravan and I am guessing this is a common issues, however she leaks water in a heavy rain into passenger compartment, passenger side (no Moon Roof). I have pulled back windshield seal and resealed around the glass, now am going to ream out the AC vent. Question does the '96 have cowl drain vents in the TUB?

yep, it does. You probably have water coming in your fresh air intake. There is a youtube video showing how to fix this problem in a Caravan. YOu will need to remove the wipers and engine cowl, but this is not difficult.
