Windshield Washer tip, front or rear.
Front one didn't work but pump ran. Rear worked fine. Removing the pump is easy. Disconnect the wiring connector, tilt the pump away from the reservoir and lift straight out. If you washer fluid doesn't immediately flow out, you'll see a rubber grommet/sealer. That grommet actually is formed with a screen. Removed mine with some needle nose pliers. Be prepared for the fluid to flow out now. Over a period of time the fluid turned into a slime, settled to the bottom and clogged that filter. Hope this helps.
