2006 Allure

Just picked up a 2006 Allure, and it seems like a very nice car. We took it on a 8 hour trip this weekend. (4 hours each way, 2 separate days) Reading on the internet, I noticed that the mileage for this car was decent, but the mileage (according to the onboard computer) was even better than I expected. The trip was probably 60% full on hyway driving, but also consisted of smaller hyways and through small towns, etc. By the time I got home from the trip, the car had told me that I had got 8.0 L/100km. That is better than any specs I found online. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. Just thought I'd share my experience with other owners.

edit - forgot to mention, it's the 3.8l version of the car.
