99 Malibu Drivers window controls: Repair or Replace?

The other day I discovered that the switch for the driver's window is on it's death bed. The down contacts work, but for up the contacts are sketchy as in it takes some wiggling and prayer for the window to go up

I already know that for ~$40 I can simply replace the entire assembly*, but I'm curious if it'd be worth trying to repair/replace the switch itself instead of the whole 9 yards

*Maybe $40, maybe less. Either way I already have the assembly out

Pre-emptive thanks for any help/advice you guys can give

I would go ahead and replace it while you have it out. I have found that electrical contact repairs are temporary at best, and chances are the other window switches will fail soon.

I'll probably see if there's any junkyards nearby and probably pull one from there
Not in any hurry as I've discovered that if I press the side of the switch that's closest to the door it works
