2002 grand prix wont pass the emisson

Im tryning go to get my grand prix to run its drive cycle for the egr value n evap systems i try every thing it wont complete its cycle i need just one to complete for i can pass this damn emssion test my check enging had came i had reset just make sure the egr value was in it was so i replace it n the light when out so i went to take the test again it fail beacus.it still two montiners not ready everthing they told me do but it still not working i dont kno trouble codes at could there be something else wrong????? Plz
