tire pressure for 225/45/17 eagle f1

i have 215's on front and 225's on back.

the tire pressure on the wheel says the max psi is 50 in front and 51 in back. i know this seems incredibly high but i'd love to test it out with some more pressure, maybe 45 or 46, or more? they currently have about 37 psi in them.

is it currently too low? i dont want to bust any more sidewalls due to low pressure, esp. these.

30 psi is usually in tires that can take about 34. so maybe 46 would be a good amount... also, should i pump more in the rear because its rwd?

whatever the tire sidewall says for max PSI is the max psi for that tire.... you will get your best performance, besides drag traction, at that PSI... I would run atleast 45psi if thats what it said or more for a low profile tire..... most tires that aren't low profile take 35.

ill bump it up to 45 in front and 46 in rear and see how it rides. that should increase my speed too, since this tires have a hard lining in the center of the tire that increase straight time accelleration. i love these tires...

they were at 35 when i pumped so i filled them to 45 all the way around... they are like new tires now drives great

whoever says more air leads to worse suspension is completely wrong, i can take turns harder now too. accell is boosted very lil..
