ignition signal indicator

Need a 12v source for this and I was going to use an add a fuse for it. Just want to know what is a good fuse to use under the hood

pick a fuse with a large amperage. place your fuse that takes power from this as close as possible to the supply fuse. how much is the fuse your installing for this ? if less than a few amps ok. if more best find ignition source feed wire and mount the fuse there.
