Will PAY CASH for ideas for my 90 Accord Coupe

Ok, so now that I got your attention, the subject line of this thread was a total lie. You have been duped! Ha! Ok sorry, this is my first post and I'm already acting like an idiot. Here's what I'm really here for:
I own a 1990 Honda Accord coupe with 94000 miles. Automatic Transmission. 16" rims and a decent stereo system. THAT IS ALL I HAVE! I really want to do more to my car, but I don't even know where to start. That is the big problem, I just don't know what to do first.
Here are my goals:
(1) To make my car faster
(2) To make my car look better outside/inside
(3) To make my car handle better
I just don't know what to do first. I am working with a fairly tight budget, like around $1,000 US to start with.

My suggestion for power, H22 swap
My suggestion for handling, usual aftermarket strut/lower tie bars since there aren't as many options for accords such as ITR suspension swaps.
My suggestions for a better look in/out, you should've bought a better base. J/K all you Accord owners. Maybe you could help more.

whats the most important area to fix first?

im thinking you should make it look better first. cause youre not going to get much speed out of your car, no matter how much money you have. get new wheels and lower it. got any pics right now? btw, what color is it?
