Just a styling study
Had this 53' Corvette kit sitting around, and decided to make it look a little more "modernized".
Added wheels and tires from a 32' custom. Filled in the hood line to make it look like a 1 piece, tilt up nose. Other than that, pretty basic, didn't spend much time on the interior or anything else. Kind of curbside. No engine, suspension, or real detail. Just liked the look of it... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for looking. Matt |

Re: Just a styling study
Nice/weird slam look :P I like it.
Only thing IŽd prefer to get the rear wheels inside the body, but it works anyway. Congrats

Re: Just a styling study
mn80228, you did a great job on this model.
Is this the AMT model? the one that comes with panamericana decals? if so, you can do something else with that decals, they are really good. one question, the line stripe is decal or did you painted? Miguel |

Re: Just a styling study
it is the AMT Panamerica kit, and I have saved the decals I didn't use. I'm sure they may find their way on to something else.
The stripes are painted on, and then covered in clear. |
