Need help 1993 Crow Vic

Been having trouble getting the car to sart. It will start frist thing in the morning, but after that if you want to start the car up you have to turn the key more than once. I have put my scan tool on and it gave me the code 157 witch is the Mass Air Flow Sensor. So then I went and repalce it. Didn't fix it. Then tested the Fuel perssure ,with key on perssure is at 37, at idle it gave me 32 to 34, it holds perssure at 36 and droped down to 35 after 5 mins. Replaced the fuel pressure regulator. Any idea on what I should do to fix the promble?

Check that out, the old Crown Vics are becoming more and more obsolete as they hit their thresholds. How many miles are on the vehicle? I would not put any money in the car, chances are you will have another breakdown of some sort shortly.
