Fix before sell

looking into selling my 2005 honda civic, wondering if I should fix anytihng or sell it as is. Any input appreciated. It needs 3 new tires, alt. belt($100), 18'' crack in bumper(can replace for$250), and the front bumper has minor cracks and scratches ($250), also the cd player doesnt work, although the radio still does. everything else seems to be pretty good 135k on it. THank you!
