Rushing Water Noise in dash of 07 GP

I just bought a 2007 Grand Prix with only 38k miles on it. It's a 3.8 (Series III) V6 I've only had it 3 days and this morning it started making a rushing water noise in the passenger side of the dash every time I accelerate or make a turn. It doesn't go away once warming up. Had it checked for a plugged drain and nothing was clogged. Could the dealership I purchased it from possibly have done a coolant flush and not filled it up enough causing an air pocket in the heater core or could it be something much more serious? Any advice would be appreciated... Thanks!

I beleive you may be right on with the coolant concern. I have heard this several time on the GP and it is always has to do with air in the coolant system. I recomend topping off the coolant with "spill-free funnel" that attatches to the radiator or surge tank. These are ideal for bleeding the air from a cooling system.

This happened to my 2004 Grand Prix as well. It was indeed air inside of the coolant.
