a/c prob

Ok, heres one for ya.. on my 1994 fleetwood , when I am holding gas pedal steady, like if on the freeway, my a/c coldness will bleed off. I have to flutter pedal or step on it for a second to get the a/c blowing cold again. If I'm on the city streets where pedal is moving stop and go traffic, the a/c is cold. Its like a vacum leak, but I thought it was electric acuators working the flaps.
