Where can I find this front lip???
 I have looked all over the internet and no one seems to know what kind it is or where I can find one. Help please.

Thats a nice lip, looks custom cause i've never seen anything like that before..... go to a bodyshop with the picture and show them what you want and ask them how much it would cost to make!

WHen i put on my JDM Front end from a CRX on the Civic, i am gonna try and find this LIP!!! i think its the nicest!
