Power Steering sensor.

I recently replaced the rack and pinion on my 2002 dodge neon, the new rack and pinion did not have a spot for the psp sensor, and now will not pass emissions, i know that it can be bypassed, but i am unsure how to do so, and i am not willing to buy another rnp and spend the 4 hours to replace it. is there any way a noob such as myself can bypass this, and if so will someone be able to assist me in doing so?
