Mobil 10W 40 for Yaris...?

Hello Friends,

My Car is Yaris 2008 Sedan (run approx 75000 kmts)
Pls suggest me that :-

* Can I use Mobil 10W 40 (for 10k kms, which is semi-synthetic) ( i was looking for mobil 5W-30 synthetic oil but as it is not available in UAE)
* New Oil Filer + Air Filters are required after 75k kmts
* Gear Oil required as well,

Also advice what all i need to replace/fill at each 5000 kms service..
