Quickskins 1/24 Cadillac LMP 2000
I'm finally getting around to posting my 24 Hours of Lemans build. This is the Quickskins resin kit. This was also the first resin kit I've ever built.
The kit was pretty simple but needed a little clean up and a few very small air bubbles filled. It's painted with Tamiya TS-17 Aluminum and cleared with U-Pol clear. Unfortunately, I didn't get it finished in the 24 hour period of the race, it actually took me 26 hours to finish it. I started it from scratch at the start of the race and finished it 2 hours after the race ended. I also took a three hour nap in the build process. So, technically I spent 23 hours to build it but still didn't finish by the end of the race. Anyway, I like how it came out for my first attempt at resin. Thanks for looking... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Amazing work in a beautiful model...congratulations...
Itīs a shame that it don't has an engine...big plastic model brands ought to be interested by cast these LM Prototype models...
