95 windstar engine harness

I was wondering if anyone has a engine harness for a 95 windstar with a digital dash i could buy or if anyone knows where i could get one

I would look on ebay......if one is not listed....find a listing for something on the same year Windstar...sometimes they give a description of the "donor" vehicle.
You can then send the seller a message telling them of what you want....and see if they will list it for you.

If there's a large junkyard near where you live that would be the first place to check. You may have to remove the harness from the donor vehicle yourself but it won't cost you much.
