99 Suburban Door Locks
Simultaneously driver door lock switch does not work but door lock when shifting into drive and when shifting into park. RR passenger door lock is jammed, cannot move electrically or manually. All this at the same time!

I had an issue with my doorlock switch not working. Check your fuse panel. If the fuse is blown you may have a short under your driver seat. I disconnect my powered seat and haven't had an issue since.
This was my issue!
