Daytime Running Lights (DRL)

My 02 Honda Accord DRL both side are off and the amber warning light is on in dash board. I have replaced with new RELAYS month ago. Anybody knows what is the problem?

This may seem like a stupid question, but I have to ask as you did not address it in your original post. Did you actually change the bulbs? If you did, I honestly don't have an answer for you other than to have the error code read, assuming the "amber light" you are referring to is the check engine light.

The bulbs (both right and left) are OK. The dash board amber light "DRL" is on because both daytime running lights are out.
