Some local Community colleges have a motorcycle safety class with donated motorcycles + DMV testing on site.

Most states I'm aware of do not require a MC endorsement for 49cc or smaller. I would think that means anything larger would be considered a motorcycle, and you could test on it...

google abate. they will have a link to a motorcycle corse you can take. most states have bikes for you to ride you just need the gear. helmet, jacket, gloves, boots, long pants.
