Brake line flare specs

I am about ready to change out the brake lines that run from the rear wheel cylinders to the rubber hose interface between the rear axle and the chassis. What flare do I need to have on the ends of these brake lines. I have heard that all the hard lines are double flare with the exception of when the lines enter the ABS, where I'll need a bubble flare. Does anyone know which flares are used where on this van?
