The front, absolument, it’s lost some of its individuality. Still nice, but now a little bit Mitsu :o

Not exactly, my feeling is that I am kinda used to it because it reminds me of a dull Mitsubishi front! The only difference is the Alfa shield that goes down into the front bumper. Otherwise, the front design screams Mitsubishi! You did well to get the old look

the front is a Galant/Diamante hybrid with an Alfa Romeo shield- which is far too large- It'll grow on me- but it has lost it's personality

I like the first one much more (just like I had with Pug 406 - the 97 one). And the restyled 156 reminds me more of a Seat Leon from the front...

It’s not an ugly car at all, but a Mitsubishi Galant is exactly what it reminds me of. See? Im not the only one. Glad to see the back is still nice. I haven’t been that impressed with Alfa’s last couple of styling jobs, i.e. this, and the Sprint, or GT Coupe, whatever its called

I do also prefer the "old" one but I was just not seeing the Mitsu design
For the Ibiza, the designer of the 156 joined Seat and did the facelift of this car
