maintenance questions for galant 2002

My used 2002 galant didn't come with owner manual. Recently I've opened the hood and noticed that all the containers are running low on their respective fluids.
I've never done any car maintenance, but think I can handle something so simple. However, the containers do state that I need an approved product.

Can someone tell me what the manual says that I can use, or can I just use any standard liquids that are sold in car stores?

I'm assuming that oil change needs to be done by professional though?
