Re: NoviTech Rosso 458
Here is my tip for painting lug nuts os such small "round studs"
I use a toothpick cut to get same diameter than target stud or nut. I dip it into paint to get like a colored toothpick end and I simply apply this colored end on the target to "print" paint on it. You just have to take care not to get too much paint on the toothpick end, just enough to "print" the stud or nut. I get good not to say perfect result with this tip and I've forgotten brush since I tried it. ![]() You're doing a good work so far, I like the color combo with rims and body. I'm just wondering, but it may be the pics, if the rims aren't a bit too glossy, I would better see them mat as it seems to be on the real car, may be better with the white... |

Not much interest but oh well....Did some carbon today and some clear glossing...airbox??.....louvers...rear spoiler...also started engine painting and assmbly
and that engine bay shroud, compartment whatever..lol ![]() ![]() ![]() Whenever i get depressed about this model I just look at Entaus 599 and Autodecepticons 458 for all the inspiration i need

Re: NoviTech Rosso 458
Drybrushing technique works well on raised surface. Then you can clean the areas you got paint on besides the lug nuts. Toothpicks do the trick too. Looking good.
