2000 Saturn SC2 Keyless Remote

Does anyone know if the 2000 Saturn SC2 came standard with a keyless remote? I just bought a 2000 SC2 that has power locks and was wondering how I could find out if a off market keyless remote would work.

All 1996-2002 Saturn S-Series with power locks also had keyless entry. So this means yours does too, but you need a new remote.

The correct part part number for a new remote for your car is 16263074. The number on the back of my remote is 16263074-99.

On 2000-2002 Saturn S-Series there is no way to program a new remote without a GM Tech II scan tool; so you must take the car and the new remote to the dealership.
