2002 911 smoking

my 2002 just started smoking on start up, quits immediately but smell;s of rubber burning??? any suggestions

something has burnt up Inside the engine and a lot of possibility of it that any wiring through it has been burnt according to me. ultimately you can say that is also burning with some much worthy element of your car. I would advise you to take your car to a skilled technician without doing any further delay.

Being 10years old, the Rubber, Gaskets, and seals are going to go bad with age+mileage.

1) Check all fluids to see whats short.
2) Is the check engine light on?
