Lightbulb AAC on 156 : a good thing to know

Untill about 2000, the Automatic Climate control of the 156 was terribely boring as the air conditionning was starting as soon as the temperature you had set was under the temperature in the car... and also when you started your engine.
So, a good manipulation below to make this Automatic AC less automatic

1. Put the ignition key in "STOP" position
2. Turn temperatur knob completely to the right (= max. temp)
3. Turn the blower knob to "0" position
4. Turn air direction knob to "mid direction" position (fully to the right)
5. WITHOUT STARTING THE ENGINE, turn the ignition key to "MAR"
6. Turn the blower knob AUTO-0-AUTO-0
7. Turn the ignition key back to "STOP"

Can we assume that by replacing

6. Turn the blower knob AUTO-0-AUTO-0
with AUTO-1-AUTO-1 we can turn it back on?

Thumbs up

You can make it automatic again making the same manipulation
I did it on my 156, it's far much better because the compressor does'nt start when I start the engine !
