IWC: No Signature until certain post count

Seems like spam bots are getting a little better, and not looking nearly as obvious. Most tend to somewhat look like actual poster; seemingly unintelligible sentences in their posts, that usually have nothing to do with the thread topics, and a simple have a link to the site they are really trying to advertise for.

So I'm wondering if it would be possible to remove the ability for new member to have a signature, until they hit a certain post count? If it would be technically possible, the post count likely wouldn't even need to be set that high, maybe even 30 or 50 posts. It may help deter spammers from even making posts, if they can't add a link to the sites they are trying to advertise for.
