1998 Windstar starts *only* in cold weather
I've got a 1998 Windstar 3.0 liter V6 that will start up only in *cold* weather, when the temperature is *below* about 25-30 degrees. When its warmer, all it does is crank and crank. Right now its not showing any codes, though before it was showing a P0171. When i cancelled that one out, it hasn't come back yet, even though its still doing this. Can't seem to find any postings anywhere on this issue! Thanks a bunch for any insights!

That code usually takes some time to come back but you may have some luck if you check the pending codes. Have you checked your IMRC bushings, actuators, and butterflies? Are you getting fuel to the cylinders?
