Angry Help.. p0355

car was pulling code.p0308. Found water in plug well, also some oil in some of the others. Went ahead and change the valve cover gaskets and put new motorcraft plugs. Replaced the coil on #8.

Now I am pulling a code p0355, and still has a miss.

2001 LS 3.9..

Re: Help.. p0355

Check coil #5 closely. #5 is the front one on the left (driver's) side. Particularly, check to see if it is correctly plugged in and the connector is okay. Make sure the plastic latch isn't broken. The code that you are getting now most often means a problem on the primary (low voltage) side of the coil. Also check for any damaged wiring.
