Power steering problem? please help.
Recently whenever I turn the steering wheel it seems there is a pump around the engine that sounds like it's accelerating.
Wondering if this could be a problem? the power steering fluid is full. Also, on the driver side, there seems to be some sort of creaking noise, it doesn't happen when I'm driving straight, sometimes over bumps, sometimes when I steer. Anyone know what these symptoms sounds like? would it be expensive to fix? Make: 2000 Acura TL 3.2 |

Re: Power steering problem? please help.
can be a bushing or balljoint... have someone check every part of the steering/suspension system
or start looking on youtube for some pointers on checking them |

Re: Power steering problem? please help.
I've had issues with the "whining" noise when turning my steering wheel. It usually happens when my power steering fluid is low and adding more fixes. So I'm probably dealing with leak and hopefully nothing more.
