99 jimmy problem

Ok I did a motor swap on my 99 jimmy and when pulling the motor broke some wires and don't know exactly where they go. I figured they were all three grounds but apparantly not. With the ignition on and not started I used a circuit tester hooked it to the ground on the battery and touching two of the wires got a light. The issue I am having is two trouble codes. One is for the fuel guage high input and the other is for evaporative emission system low input. I am figuring I have got these wires off somehow. I had all three on a bolt on the back of the right head. I know one goes there because when I disconnected them the truck would not try to turn over.

Re: 99 jimmy problem

Can you tell us what color the wires are and possibly where they come from?

Re: 99 jimmy problem

One is black and another is black and white. The third is a thicker black wire.
