1997 Pontiac Transport Keyless Problem
Have a 1997 Pontiac Transport with 200k miles, 3.4L; over the weekend, water got into the dashboard fuse box and now after stopping when I pull the key out and open the door, I get the lights on/key still in ignition audible warning; also, while I'm driving the doors continually try to lock/re-lock every 5-10 seconds. Is there a relay in the fuse box? Does anyone know where the receiver is located for the keyless FOB/

I On our 95 3.8L transport, the reciever is behind the glove box compartment.
It has been a long time since I had an issue, but I believe I had to access the receiver to do a learn procedure for the remote. Good luck on your issue....toughest problems when water is involved
