Thumbs down tranny problems

2011 Escape XLT...drama in shifting 2 to 3...lurches forward, the frame of the truck lurches. Has happened 4 times since we bought it.
not sure if computer problem or mechanical. going to find out.

Houston, we DO have a problem. We have a clunking sound when gearing from Park to Drive.
Its a solenoid in the gear area. Warranty. This will be the 4 time we have had tranny problems.
Still trying to find the 6 th gear.
