is it possible to swap transmissions from a automatic to a 5 speed for an Integra
I got my acura from my parents and they, being that they cant drive standard got an automatic used it for 10 years and gave it to me, now I am wondering if there is anyway I can swap the transmissions so I do have to drive a automatic, if anyone knows holla

yes you can. dont know exactly what parts but you will need a 5 speed tranny, shift linkage, mount(?),clutch pedal, shifter, console, and some stuff to modify a clutch pedal. can get a little expensive.

my friend got quoted at 1200 for all parts and labor to convert his 93 LS from auto to manual. Some people said they got quoted like 3k which i think is BS. I sourced parts to convert my civic from auto to manual and parts came out to be a little over 600 not including shipping for some instances.

yah the guy said that if he wanted it done that he should give him about 3-5 days to do it. It'll probably cost more for your car than my friend's LS because isn't your tranny a hydraulic clutch and all the 2nd gen integra's came with a cable clutch. I'm not too sure about this, but if it is hydraulic clutch, then there's a few other parts that'll be needed.
