Need t/s fuse location on '93 Deville

I have a '93 Deville and the turn signal slowly blinks and clicks (left and right). I can't locate the clicking sound except that it's somewhere inside the dash close to the fuel data center. How can I get to the fuse to replace it? Thanks for any help.

Not a fuse issue, sounds like a bad flasher or poor grounds in the lamp assy's.

Max is right, sounds like a flasher problem. It's under the dash, to the left of the steering column. It's short and round with a two terminal connector.
