See I have a budget of $13,000 to get a used BMW and I was thinkin a mid-90's 3 series. I was thinkin convertable and I was wondering do you guys think this car is worth the money and if how much should I try the work the price down to? Car looks good... Blue book private party sale is 11.8k I'd start around 11k and end up at 11.8.

Make sure it's had it's maintenance.
