problem with brake lights, blinker and dome light

Recently my husband had to take our battery out of our grand marquis and start my daughters car with it while our charged her battery, our jumper cables were missing. Since this, I have no brake light, no blinkers, there is a ticking that sounds like the blinker ticking when it is on and the dome light is flashing on and off all the time. My husband has checked all the bulbs, fuses under the dash and under the hood, switched the relays and still no fix. Any suggestions on what it might be would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and he also disconnected the battery hoping to reset the computer but that didn't work either.

Re: problem with brake lights, blinker and dome light

I hate to say it, but it sounds like the Lighting Control Module has failed. All the things you mentioned go through that module.
