2007 explorer fog light

Hello all! Its been a while, but I've gotten my new explorer and need some help!

I need to pull out the fog light housing from the car because I need to install a strobe light. (I am a volunteer FF/EMT).
It appears that the housing in inside the bumper and im not sure how to take it out.

I've posted to your thread about removing the grille and can send you the PDF for the fog lights as well.
