trans error codes

2000 grand am se1 4dr 3.4ltr 140,000 miles,
bought dec. 5, 2011 safetied and valid etest (im in ontario canada)

while checking my codes today to see if there were any new ones (light is on from a p304 misfire cyl 4, i havent replaced plugs and wires yet) it came up with p753 p758 p1860. had to replace transcooler lines last week as one started leaking on my way to work, its fixed now. could low trans fluid cause the codes to come up? or am i gunna have to start replacing sensors? it seems to run and drive fine, but want to get things taken care of before a major problems occurs. would it be safe to clear the codes and see what happens? any advise is appreciated.

Re: trans error codes

Take care of the misfire first and then clear the codes and see what comes back.....
