Windshield washer and high beam switch issue - 2004 Grand Caravan SE
I recently noticed that my front washer fluid was not working. I thought it might be the washer pump, after checking the fuse box and all seeming fine. But, the result of checking the fuse box has me rethinking the issue. Tonight, while driving, I noticed that my high beams switched on a few times when I tested the washer fluid switch, and the "mist" wiper/washer fluid combination operation was switched on when I tried the high beam switch. I would appreciate all knowledgeable and experienced diagnostic and repair suggestions, thanks.

Re: Windshield washer and high beam switch issue - 2004 Grand Caravan SE
Judging by the underwhelming response, this looks like a rare problem. I can say this is only the second time I've read about it in years of cruising forums. The first one is a current thread on another forum. Here's the thread so you can keep an eye on it for an answer. Just my response there so far: http://www.dodgetalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=347503
The players are the multifunction switch, the Front Control Module (FCM), the Body Control Module (BCM) and the PCI data bus. If I had to bet I'd pick the switch module. That's only a guess. Could try pulling the IOD fuse for 2-3 minutes. This will reset the BCM and data bus.
