Lowering Spring?

I want to get lowering springs for my 1991 Civic Wagon... it is an FWD model, not 4WD. My problem is this, alot of the spring listings have springs for 88-91 Civic ex. Wagon. So what am I to do? I thought my Wagon may have bigger springs than other civics to make up for more weight? Is that right? If so, would the spring be larger in height, in diamerter, maybe both?

Also, I glanced through an article in a Honda Tuning Magazine a couple of months ago and they had a project Civic Wagon which they lowerd using civic lowering springs. So could i replace the whole spring/strut assembly with those from, for example, my 1991 CRX? Then would it work?

I hope that makes sense
