retaining steering wheel audio controls
I am looking into replacing the stock cd player with a bluetooth capable unit from Pioneer and wonder about the need for a bluetooth interface to retain the steering wheel controls.Does anyone know if this is really a must have because the one I looked at is $50 on top of the price of the stereo.

some vehicles this would be a problem to remove the OEM radio should it be part of the diagnostic system. |

2008 Silverado Crew cab is what the truck is with no Bose system.
Ok I found it on the Crutchfield site eventually. It will need the interface controller for the deck I'm looking at. |
