Car Whistling noise

First I would like to say I did search the forums and I did not find anything close enough related to my issue. Anyways my car makes a hideous whistling noise that hopefully can be identified. The belt was taken off and the car still made the sound. Im hoping I can find someone with a similar experience. The information about that car is on the youtube video I will provide. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqklJxUJdzo Anyways, if you dont want to do it for me, please have sympathy on the people I drive by

Re: Car Whistling noise

Are you sure you got all the belts off? That noise sounds exactly like a bad idler pulley/tensioner pulley making the high pitch rattling noise, and the whistle noise sounds a lot like a power steering pump that is low on fluid or bad.
