06 Silverado Passenger Side Power Window Issue
Long time lurker, 1st time poster here...
Got a friend who has a 06 Silverado 2500 crew cab.He has power windows/locks. One day both of his passenger side power windows stopped working with no warning or symptoms. I've done some initial troubleshooting and have found the following: The power locks and lights on both affected doors work just fine. There is NO power to the window motors on either door. The passenger side windows do not work from the driver's door switch or the switch on the affected door. His driver's side windows work just fine. I know the switches have a high failure rate on these vehicles... Looking for ideas on what to check next or whether or not to replace the driver's door switch panel. They're pretty pricey, so thought I'd ask for some help on this one.. Thanks in advance, Mike |

Re: 06 Silverado Passenger Side Power Window Issue
There is a ckt. breaker in the IP fuse block for the Rt doors, check for power there, if no, check under hood fuses for blown, especially the MBEC 50amp fuse.
