TRD Toyotas Run Good

My moms 1981 Toyota Celica just went over 1,000,000 miles today. I knew Toyotas were TRD (Toyotas Run Good) but, i didnt know they were that TRD. I am shocked to see an import make that many miles n still run good. Anyone else got a TRD like that.

Personally, I am not surprised that you Mom's car went that good, Toyota have a long-time reputation for running on near forever.
In fact, the Tacoma is one of the most popular pick-ups in South Africa because of its durability and reliability, easily beating out Ford and Isuzu.

You may like to tell Toyota about your mother's car... they may very well give her a new car for being able to print that story. I know some car companies have done this in the past, so it's worth a shot.
