Discharging A/C HOW????

Does anyone know how to discharge the A/C system, or do I have to take it to a shop or something. I plan to take mine out and swap it into my friedns car, can anyone help? ohh one more thing would the system have to be charged at a shop? thx

be ready
dont push it in with your finger, unless you want mega frost bite. and it will take a couple minutes atleast to discharge. Hell, i've straight up cut an AC line before and it was spraying hardcore for liek 2 minutes...

dont do it, take it to a shop and get it discharged. its illegal to discharge the ac into the air. dont destroy our ozone or enviornment just because u wanna save cash. think of our planet

fuck the planet, i just unbolted the lines going into the compressor, and it leaked out rather quickly.

yea, there are a bunch of ignorant people, very few do care. You also have to look where he is from, they take care of their shit out there, and it looks a hell of a lot better over in Hawaii than it does over here.
